AC/DC have premiered a music video for their song "Through The Mists Of Time." The track comes from the legendary band's latest album "Power Up".

Frontman Brian Johnson spoke about the track during an interview last fall with Radio X. He said, "The riff for 'Through The Mists Of Time' came out, and Angus wrote the lyrics for that song, and I believe he captured everything about the early days when the band started, when rock and roll was just carefree, when nobody gave a flying thought about anything except just having a good time and playing. And all this lovely innocence was gone." (read more)


Blink-182's Mark Hoppus took to social media this week to share the big news with fans that he has been declared "cancer free", after revealing his battle earlier this year.

In June, the bassist and vocalist shared that he had been undergoing treatment for 4-A diffuse large B-cell lymphoma for three months. He wrote at the time, "It sucks and I'm scared, and at the same time I'm blessed with incredible doctors and family and friends to get me through this. (read more)


Erasure (Andy Bell and Vince Clarke) are celebrating the kick off of their The Neon Tour by releasing a surprise EP tomorrow, October 1st, entitled "Ne:EP".

The five-track effort is the companion piece to their latest album, The Neon, and features four new tracks sitting alongside "Secrets," which originally appeared on The Neon Remixed. (read more)


Sam Hunt has premiered a music video for his brand new single "23", which was written by Hunt with Shane McAnally, Josh Osborne, and Chris LaCorte.

"23" is Sam's first new music since his 2020 chart-topping album, "Southside," that features the No. 1 hit singles with "Breaking Up Was Easy in the 90's," "Kinfolks," and "Hard To Forget." (read more)


South Carolina alt rockers Empty are gearing up to release their new album "Made Of Fire" on Oct 22nd and to celebrate we asked Gary Spears to tell us about single "Temporary High". Here is the story:

Temporary high was the very first song I wrote for this album. I had gone through several bad relationships over the last couple of years including one with an ex I've been off and on with over the years, which is what this song is pretty much about. It kind of just discusses my thoughts and feelings throughout this toxic relationship I keep coming back to for some reason. (continue)


The Rolling Stones have shared a previously unheard track called "Troubles A' Comin" that was originally recorded by the band in Paris in 1979.

The song is just one of the rarities that will be on the "Lost & Found disc" that will included in box set and deluxe CD and vinyl editions of the 40th anniversary reissue of their 1981 album "Tattoo You". (read more)


(hennemusic) Neil Young is sharing audio of "Sea The Sky About To Rain" from a 1970 Carnegie Hall show that will launch his Official Bootleg Series on October 1.

It's one of a few songs that are featured in Young's debut performance at the iconic New York venue that were captured before they were recorded in studio and released; in this case, the tune eventually appeared on his 1974 album, "On The Beach." (read more)
