(hennemusic) The upcoming KISS residency at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV has apparently been canceled without an official explanation.

A dozen performances were scheduled to run between December 29 and February 5 as part of the band's multi-year End Of The Road farewell tour. Tickets for the shows have been taken down from the Caesars Entertainment/Ticketmaster link and reps for Zappos Theater have told The Las Vegas-Review Journal that ticket providers will contact purchasers with refund information. (hennemusic) Slash is sharing the story behind his new single, "The River Is Rising", the lead track from his forthcoming album with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators.

"'The River Is Rising' is the newest song that I wrote on the record," Slash explains in a new video. "Right before we went into pre-production, I just made up this riff and it turned into 'The River Is Rising'. So it's the most recent-written song on the record. It's very spontaneous. I can't even remember how it all came together; it came together really quickly. But it rocks. And I thought it would be a good track for the opening of the record." (read more)


The Eagles Of Death Metal have shared their Boots Electric rendition of "O Holy Night". The track comes from their forthcoming "Eagles of Death Metal Presents A Boots Electric Christmas".

The special six track Christmas EP is set to be released on November 19th and features the band and Jesse Hughes' alter-ego Boots Electric taking on some holiday favorites including "God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman," "Little Drummer Boy," and more. (read more)


Metal vocalist supergroup The Three Tremors have released a music video for their new single "Crucifier". The track comes from their forthcoming album.

The group features Tim "Ripper" Owens (Judas Priest/KK's Priest), Harry "The Tyrant" Conklin (Jag Panzer/Satan's Host), and Sean "The Hell Destroyer" Peck (Cage/Death Dealer/Warrior/Denner Shermann). (read more)


Comeback Kid have released a music video for their new single "Heavy Steps". The song is the title track for their forthcoming seventh studio album, which will be released January 21, 2022.

Frontman Andrew Neufeld had this to say about the song, "I think of our new single 'Heavy Steps' as a bold statement of a riff right off the bat, and lyrically coming from an unhinged perspective about tearing through life." (read more)


Crown The Empire have released a video for their brand new track called "Dancing With The Dead", which is the group's very first track to feature no clean vocals.

The heavy track features a guttural exchange between vocalist Andy Leo and bassist/vocalist Hayden Tree and Leo had this to say, "'Dancing with the Dead' came about during the rock bottom phase of quarantine. (read more)


Fit For An Autopsy have released a music video for their new single "Pandora". The track comes from their forthcoming sixth album, entitled "Oh What The Future Holds", which will be released on January 14th.

The group had this to say about the track, "This is one of our favorite new songs, as it touches on a lot of our influences all at once and represents a collective of our musical tastes. (read more)


Imminence have released a 9-minute short film as the music video for their track "Chasing Shadows", ahead of the November 26th release of their new album, "Heaven In Hiding".

(hennemusic) Led Zeppelin are sharing video footage of a performance of their 1969 classic, "What Is And What Should Never Be", as captured at London's Royal Albert Hall in 1970.

The track from "Led Zeppelin II" sees Jimmy Page display some slide guitar work as the band play a show at the iconic venue in support of their second album. (read more)


(hennemusic) Billy Idol and guitarist Steve Stevens unplugged for an acoustic version of his 1984 hit, "Eyes Without A Face", during an October 29 appearance on SiriusXM's The Spectrum.

Idol delivered the track from his second album, "Rebel Yell", as part of a visit to the station that included a conversation with host David Fricke about his EP, "The Roadside"; the rocker's first new release in nearly seven years was produced by Butch Walker (Green Day, Weezer) and sees him reminiscing about a near-fatal 1990 motorcycle accident.
