(hennemusic) Sammy Hagar has revealed that he and The Circle have completed recording a new album. The Red Rocker shared the news in an interview with Joe Rock of San Antonio's classic rock station 106.7 The Eagle while promoting his upcoming "A Toast To Texas" tour.

"Joe, do you wanna break the news?", " teased Hagar. "We just finished a whole freakin' record. Right now it's tentatively called 'These Crazy Times'. And it is all brand new songs. We went in with Dave Cobb, the producer in Nashville." (read more)


(hennemusic) Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have announced dates for a 2022 world tour in support of their new album, "Raise The Roof." The pair's first trek in 12 years will kick off a 3-week US series at CMAC in Canandaigua, NY on June 1, before they join The Eagles for a show in London's Hyde Park in late June, after which they'll perform a 3-week run across Europe.

Presales for the US concerts will start on Monday, November 29, with general public seats going on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, December 3; preslaes for the European events will begin Wednesday, November 24, with general tickets available from 9 a.m. CET on Friday, November 26. "We would like to announce that there will be a full album pre-listening for all of our dear newsletter subscribers!," shared the group on social media alongside a video promoting the event. "The live-stream will be held on Tuesday, 23rd of November at 6pm (GMT). (hennemusic) Led Zeppelin are streaming video of a performance of their classic "Misty Mountain Hop" from their legendary 2007 reunion show in London, UK.

The footage arrives in sync with the 9th anniversary of the band's release of "Celebration Day", the concert film and live album of their appearance at London's O2 Arena on December 10, 2007, when they headlined a tribute concert for friend and Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun. (read more)


(hennemusic) Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner is sharing an update on his health as he continues to recover from open heart surgery following an on-stage incident at the Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville, KY on September 26.

The rocker underwent an emergency 10.5-hour surgery at the Rudd Heart and Lung Center at University of Louisville (UofL) Health - Jewish Hospital after suffering a life-threatening acute cardiac aortic dissection during the band's set at the event. (read more)


(hennemusic) Green Day are streaming a live recording of their 1995 track, "Walking Contradiction", that is included in their forthcoming collection, "BBC Sessions."

The tune was the fifth single from the California band's fourth album, "Insomniac", which was a Top 10 record in several countries while reaching No. 2 on the US Billboard 200 on its way to sales of more than 2 million copies in the region. (read more)


In Flames frontman Anders Friden has launched a brand new project called If Anything, Suspicious, and has shared the first tracks from their forthcoming album.

The project's debut album will be entitled "OFFAIR: Lullabies for the Damned", and it is set to be released on December 3rd. To announce the effort, Anders has shared the tracks "Farewell" and "Nodes Of Yesod". (read more)


Andrew Hagar has premiered a video for his brand new single "Red Light Appetite". The song will be part of his forthcoming album, "Limited Edition Psycho," that will arrive next year.

"The song was inspired by my own struggles with the cycle of addiction", says Hagar. "Not being able to identify the difference between love and lust, using sex as an unhealthy coping mechanism, burying my trauma with drugs and alcohol. Basically all the hallmarks of an addict prior to an intense spiritual awakening. (read more)
