Journey drummer Deen Castronovo reportedly missed performing with the band on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest because he tested positive for Covid-19.

The band performed their classic hits "Any Way You Want It" and "Don't Stop Believin'" on the TV special live from Times Square in New York City with Deen's tech Steve Toomey filling in for him. (read more)


Sammy Hagar took to social media on New Year's Day to share the news that he has landed a brand new gig, ambassador of tourism for Los Cabos.

The former Van Halen frontman shared a video to his Facebook account with the caption, "What a way to ring in the New Year. Got news that I'm being honored as ambassador of tourism for Los Cabos, something I've been waiting for since 1981. Such an honor for my home away from home. (read more)

Ozzy Osbourne scored a top 21 story from October 2021 by paying tribute to Lemmy Kilmister with the release of an animated video for the new Ozzy and Lemmy duet version of the track "Hellraiser".

The song was penned by Ozzy, the late Motorhead legend and guitarist Zakk Wylde and the original version appeared on Osbourne's "No More Tears" album, followed by a Motorhead version on their "March Or Die" album. (read more)

He premiered the video on Wednesday night (October 27th) during the First Responders Children's Foundation 20th anniversary gala in New York City with many of the first responders featured in the video in attendance. (read more)


Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl had a top 21 story from October 2021 when he spoke with Audacy's Nicole Alvarez about his newly released New York Times bestselling memoir The Storyteller: Tales of Life and Music.

They sent over some highlights from the interview. Challenge of deciding what to write and what not to write, if another book is in his future: "There's so much!
