(hennemusic) Journey are streaming video of a performance of their 1986 classic, "Be Good To Yourself", as the first preview to the December 9 release of the newly-announced package, "Live In Concert At Lollapalooza."

The set captures the band's headlining set at Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL this past July, which featured songs from seven Journey studio records while mixing classic hits and tracks with material from their 2022 album, "Freedom." (read more)


Punk rock icons the Dead Kennedys shared the tragic news that drummer D.H. Peligro died in his home on Friday (October 28th) after suffering a head injury in an accidental fall. He was died at the age of 63.

The band broke the news to fans via Facebook with the following statement, "Dead Kennedys' drummer D.H. Peligro (Darren Henley) passed away in his Los Angeles home yesterday, October 28th. Police on the scene stated that he died from trauma to the head caused by an accidental fall. (read more)


Iron Maiden's manager Rod Smallwood says the band plans to extend their recently announced The Future Past Tour into 2024, as the band wrapped up their latest North American tour.

The metal legends wrapped up the Legacy Of The Beast Tour on Thursday (October 27th), and Smallwood shared a thank you to fans to supporting the trek, and also revealed their plans to extend their next tour into 2024. (read more)


Bruce Springsteen is sharing a video for his cover of the soul music classic, "Don't Play That Song", ahead of its inclusion on the New Jersey rocker's forthcoming collection, "Only The Strong Survive."

Written by Ahmet Ertegun and Betty Nelson - the wife of singer Ben E. King - the song was a hit on both the US R&B and pop charts for King in 1962, and for Aretha Franklin almost a decade later. (read more)


The Beach Boys have shared the unreleased track, "Carry Me Home," recorded in 1972 during the Holland album sessions as a preview to their forthcoming "Sail On Sailor - 1972" box set.

"Carry Me Home" was written and produced by Dennis Wilson about a soldier dying in the Vietnam War, the hauntingly beautiful, downtempo ballad features powerful vocals from Dennis and Blondie Chaplin over plaintive piano, country-tinged pedal steel, acoustic guitar, marching drums, and the band's trademark harmonies. (hennemusic) Joe Walsh performed his 1973 classic, "Rocky Mountain Way", on the October 27 episode of CBS-TV's The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and the program is sharing video of the appearance.

Walsh teamed up with Louis Cato and The Late Show Band for the song, which was first featured on his second solo album, "The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get"; the single reached No. 23 on the US Billboard charts while helping the project hit No. 6 on the album charts. (read more)


Florida Georgia Line star Tyler Hubbard has shared a brand new acoustic version of his hit debut solo single, "5 Foot 9", which was written by Hubbard, Jaren Johnston and Chase McGill.

The original single has already amassed almost 184 million streams and is currently No. 3 on the country radio charts. Hubbard produced the unplugged version with Jordan Schmidt. (read more)
