Judas Priest's Ian Hill says in a new interview that former guitarist K.K. Downing has confirmed that he will be attending the band's long awaited induction into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

The metal legends will be receiving the Musical Excellence at this year's induction event that will be taking place on November 5th at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. (read more)


Slipknot/Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor is giving a fan a chance to join him on a trip to London in support of his brand new charity The Taylor Foundation.

Corey launched the endeavor to "supports and uplift military veterans and emergency personnel living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)" and to promote the non-profit, he is running the "Hang Out With Corey Taylor In London!" contest. (read more)


Former Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'Anno's new project, Warhorse, will be releasing a new DVD single that will feature two tracks, as well as bonus material.

Paul formed the new project with friends in Croatia as he received medical treatment in the county. According to the announcement, Warhorse recorded three new songs and have decided to release two of them, "Stop The War" and "The Doubt Within", as a special DVD single featuring the two songs and a Paul's video message to all fans who bought this single and thus helped raise funds for operations. Opeth have released a special expanded version of their latest album, entitled "In Cauda Venenum (Extended Edition)", which is available on digipak.

This special edition contains the English and Swedish versions of the band's latest album In Cauda Venenum with new illustrations by internationally renowned artist Travis Smith in the booklet. (read more)


Newly formed metal supergroup Hail The Horns have released a lyric video for their forthcoming single, "H.T.H.", which is set to be released digitally on June 3rd.

The band features Tony Campos, (bassist of Static-X & Fear Factory), Marc Rizzo, (guitarist of ill Nino & formerly Soufly), and Opus, (drummer of Dead By Wednesday). (read more)

Minus The Bear's David Knudson has premiered a music video for his song "Varv" to celebrate the release of his debut solo album, "The Only Thing You Have to Change is Everything ."

Dave Stewart has released a music video, featuring illustrations by Kathryn Robertson, for the title track to his forthcoming album, "Ebony McQueen".

Stewart, who will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame this year as a cofounding member of Eurythmics, will be releasing the 26-track album digitally and as a deluxe multi-format box set this Friday, May 20th. (read more)


Oceans Of Slumber have shared a visualizer video their brand new single "Hearts of Stone". The track comes from their forthcoming album, "Starlight and Ash," which will arrive on July 22nd.

Ghost Hounds have released their new blues album, "You Broke Me", which features their singles "Baby We're Through" and their Howlin' Wolf cover "Smokestack Lightning".

The 9-track album was written and produced by guitarist Thomas Tull and songwriter, producer Kevin Bowe (Etta James, Paul Westerberg and the Replacements), with the goal of making raw yet polished record that gives the listeners the feeling they were in the room while it was being recorded. The Tangent have released a lyric video for the single edit of their track "The Lady Tied To The Lamp Post", as they prepare to released their 12th studio album "Songs From the Hard Shoulder" on June 10th.

Andy Tillison comments had this to say, "The Lady Tied To The Lamp Post" is a darker, more sombre piece than many Tangent tracks. It's subject matter is the fear and loneliness experienced by homeless people in the night time in cities and towns across the world. (read more)


Swedish rockers The Hellacopters have announced the release of a new EP called Through The Eyes Of The Hellacopters, which is due out on June 24th 2022.

The EP will contain four bonus tracks that have previously only been available on the 2CD Box edition of the band's comeback album "Eyes Of Oblivion". (read more)


84 Tigers (which features members of Small Brown Bike and The Swellers) have shared their brand new single "Great Basin". The song is the first track from their debut album, "Time In The Lighthouse", which arrives on October 21st.

The band, Mike Reed (guitar/vocals), Ben Reed (bass), and Jono Diener (drums), recorded the upcoming record with Marc Jacob Hudson (Against Me!, Taking Back Sunday). (read more)


The Muffs released the expanded reissue edition of their acclaimed album "Really Really Happy," and will be releasing a limited-edition indie-retail colored vinyl with bonus 7" EP on May 27th.

The album arrived in 2004 to rave reviews, and now, nearly two decades later, it returns as an expanded double-CD/Digital release with 22 bonus tracks, including 16 of Kim Shattuck's original demos for the album. The original 17 tracks are available on LP. (read more)


Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard has announced that he will be releasing his new solo single "5 Foot 9" on May 20th, with the track going to radio on May 23rd.

He wrote the song with Jaren Johnston and Chase McGill, and co-produced the track with Jordan Schmidt. As he works towards his first solo album release, Hubbard shares, "Songwriting is central to everything I do as an artist. (read more)

Saving Vice have shared a music video for their brand new track "White Rabbit". The song is the first track off of the band's upcoming sophomore album.
