(hennemusic) The Rolling Stones paid tribute to The Beatles during a June 9th concert at Anfield Stadium in the band's hometown of Liverpool, UK and fan filmed video of the performance has been shared online.

"We had decided to rehearse a special version of 'You'll Never Walk Alone,'" Mick Jagger told the crowd, referencing the 1960s hit by Gerry And The Pacemakers that serves as the anthem of local soccer team Liverpool FC, who play at Anfield, "but we decided instead to do a cover song written by other local lads, so we'll do this especially for you." Five Finger Death Punch have shared a lyric video for their brand new single "Welcome To The Circus", as they celebrate setting the record for the most consecutive No. 1s on the Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart.

The new track comes from the band's forthcoming album, "Afterlife", which is set to hit stores on August 19th. The title track just earned the band their 13th No. 1 single at rock radio. (read more)


(hennemusic) Metallica are streaming video of a May 29th performance of their 1984 classic, "Ride The Lightning", that was captured at the Boston Calling festival.

The song was the title track to their second album, which they recorded in in Copenhagen, Denmark with Flemming Rasmussen, who would also join the group to produce 1986's "Master Of Puppets." (read more)


Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band - Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette, Hamish Stuart and Edgar Winter - announced that two members have tested positive for Covid, forcing them postpone the final dates of their North American tour.

These shows were initially planned for 2020, and Ringo and the All Starr Band were eager to finally get back out on the road. Almost halfway through the 22 show run, which kicked off May 27 from Casino Rama in Ontario, Ringo let audiences know on Tuesday June 7, during the second of three sold out shows at New York's Beacon theater, that Edgar Winter had Covid, but the All Starrs would play on. However today Steve Lukather has also tested positive for Covid, forcing the group to reschedule the remaining 12 dates, and adding them to the September tour. (read more)


Coheed and Cambria, have announced that they've added Alkaline Trio as direct support on their massive 2022 North American summer headline tour which also features special guests Mothica.

Their camp shared the following details, "Deemed the A Window of The Waking Mind Tour, the run marks the band's first major headline tour in five years. (read more)


Reelz TV have announced that the special "Scorpions: Breaking the Band" will be premiering on the television network on Tuesday, June 19th at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT.
