(hennemusic) The Rolling Stones debuted a pair of classic tracks from their 1971 album, "Sticky Fingers", during a June 21 concert in Milan, Italy, and video of the jams have been shared online.

The band performed "Dead Flowers" and "Wild Horses" for the first time during their 60th anniversary European tour, as they returned to action after missing two events following a positive COVID-19 test by Mick Jagger just hours before a June 13 concert in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. (read more)


(hennemusic) Guns N' Roses covered the 1994 Soundgarden smash, "Black Hole Sun", during a June 20 show in Warsaw, Poland and fan filmed video footage of the performance has been shared online.

The song made its 2022 tour debut at the event as the group tour across Europe this summer. Guns N' Roses began performing the song in 2017 as a tribute to Chris Cornell in the days following the singer's passing in a Detroit, MI hotel room while on tour with the Seattle band. (read more)


I Prevail have announced that they will be hitting the road this fall for a North American headline tour in support of their forthcoming album, "True Power," which will hit stores on August 19th.

The tour will feature support from Pierce The Veil and Fit For a King on both legs. The first leg is kicking off on September 9th in Asbury Park, NJ and will feature Yours Truly. (read more)


Queensryche have released a music video for their brand new single, "In Extremis". The track comes from their forthcoming album, "Digital Noise Alliance," which will arrive on October 7th.

The band had this to say about the new song, "This song is about being on your deathbed surrounded by your loved ones. Clinging to the last sense available, letting them know you will still be hearing them after correspondence or perceived consciousness is visible. (read more)


Crown The Empire are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album, "The Fallout", with the release of a special reimagining of the song "Johnny's Revenge" featuring Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills, Dave Stephens from We Came As Romans, and Craig Owens from D.R.U.G.S.

The band had this to say, "We are excited to announce that we've recreated our song "Johnny's Revenge" with guest features from 3 different bands: Spencer Charnas from Ice Nine Kills, Dave Stephens from We Came As Romans and Craig Owens from D.R.U.G.S. Megadeth have released a short film, "We'll Be Back: Chapter I", featuring their brand new single, "We'll Be Back", to celebrate the announcement of their new album.

The new album will be entitled "The Sick, The Dying... and The Dead", and is set to be released on September 2nd. The new short film is the first in a trilogy of videos the band will be releasing in conjunction with the new album. (read more)


To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the release Appetite for Destruction, The First 50 Gigs: Guns N' Roses and the Making of Appetite for Destruction podcast will be hosting a photo exhibition of Marc Canter's photography on July 21st, 35 years to the date of the release of the seminal album at the Bourbon Room in Hollywood.
