Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant has announced that his new band, Saving Grace, will be launching a tour of Ireland and Scotland next spring.

The trek will be kicking off on October 25th in Belfast at Ulster Hall and will be running until November 9th, where they will be wrapping things up at the Concert Hall in Perth. (read more)


As the Lollapalooza festival is gearing up in Chicago, organizers have announced that another international installment of the popular music festival has been added. They are taking the experience to India next year.

Lollapalooza India will be taking place January 28-29, 2023, in Mumbai. This will bring the Lollapalooza festival to eight countries on four continents including the United States, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, France and Sweden. (read more)


Gogol Bordello have shared a new single called "Focus Coin", to celebrating the announcement of their new studio album, "Solidaritine," which will arrive on September 16th.

Solidaritine was produced by hardcore legend Walter Schreifels (Gorilla Biscuits, Youth Of Today, Quicksand, Rival Schools) Frontman Eugene Hutz had this to say about the record, "This is music of survival and perseverance. That's always been our main driving force. We just want to give the world a timeless album with messages of human potential and power." (read more)


Kelly Lang has released a new music video for her cover of the Gladys Knight & The Pips classic, "Midnight Train To Georgia," which will be included in her upcoming project "Old Soul II".

She had this to say, "Being the biggest Gladys Knight fan, it was so much fun to record and create a video honoring her biggest song, Midnight Train To Georgia. (read more)


Backward Blue have released an animated video for their new single, "Dark Night of the Soul," which features a guest appearance from Evanescence's Troy McLawhorn.

The song is the first track that the band has released from their forthcoming release "By the Time You Listen to this I'll be Dead," a concept album about suicide, empathy, and the healing power of music. (read more)


Jethro Tull have released a music video for their song, "Mine Is The Mountain". The track comes for the legendary band's latest album, "The Zealot Gene'".

For the new video, the band once again turned to Tom Hicks, who they worked with on the previous "Shoshana Sleeping" clip. Ian Anderson had this to say about the song, "Mine Is The Mountain is, perhaps, a late-life partner to the Aqualung album song My God. (read more)


Maneskin have topped the Alternative radio chart with their latest single "Supermodel", as they return to the U.S. for this year's Lollapalooza festival this weekend.

With "Supermodel" claiming the No. 1 spot, this gives the group their third chart topping single in under a year (Beggin', I Want To Be Yor Slave, Supermodel) to top one or more of Billboard's rock music charts. (read more)


Smith/Kotzen, the band featuring Iron Maiden's Adrian Smith and The Winery Dogs' Richie Kotzen have released a live video for their track, "Hate And Love".

The cut will appear on the band's forthcoming album, "Better Days...And Nights", that will include five previously unreleased live tracks, along with the four studio tracks that were featured on the group's 2021 limited edition Record Store Day 12" vinyl EP, "Better Days." released in conjunction with Record Store Day in November 2021. Jack White has shared a live video of the performance of "A Madman From Manhattan," that was captured at his intimate sold-out album release show last Friday, July 22 at London's Union Chapel.

The show -- during which White performed his entire new album, "Entering Heaven Alive" front-to-back in its entirety -- was completely acoustic, including the use of ribbon microphones. (read more)


Adam Lambert will be bringing his spectacularly spooky extravaganza "The Witch Hunt" down the Southern California coast for a five-show limited run this October.

Lambert will kick things off on Wednesday, October 19th at the Paramount Theater in Oakland, CA, followed by stops in Wheatland, Rancho Mirage, and Lambert's hometown of San Diego, before wrapping up in Hollywood, CA on Sunday, October 30th at the famed Hollywood Palladium. Tickets will go on sale to the public this Friday, July 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. PDT. (read more)


Epica have announced that they will livestreaming their sold out 20th anniversary show from Tilburg's 013, the same place where they played their first show (supporting Anathema) back in 2002.

The special event will be taking place on September 3rd, one day after the band releases the reissues of "We Still Take You With Us" and "Live At Paradiso". (read more)


Municipal Waste have released a new animated music video for their single "Grave Dive" that was created by Pierre Mousquet, in which the band summons an army of dead fans for a hell-raising concert with cameos by the Toxic Avenger, Lemmy, The Ramones, Skeletor and countless others.

Vocalist Tony Foresta had this to say, "We are very excited to premiere another video off the new record. We thought it would be a good idea to bring back Pierre and IMOV studios for another animated film since we loved the last one so much. This video has more Easter eggs than the holiday where Jesus died." (read more)


Sammy Hagar is a special guest on Megadeth's forthcoming album, The Sick, The Dying... And The Dead!," which is set to be released on September 2nd.

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine was asked about the collaboration with the former Van Halen/Montrose vocalist during an appearance on Full Metal Jackie's radio show this past weekend. He explained, "We did a cover song of one of Sammy's songs. (read more)


Incubus are celebrating the launch of their North American tour with special guests Sublime With Rome and The Aquadolls by sharing a new video interview about the trek.

The band kicked off the tour on Sunday night in West Palm Beach at iTHINK Amphitheatre and it will be wrapping up in Bend, OR at Hayden Homes Amphitheatre on September 3rd. (read more)


The Devil Wears Prada have premiered a music video for their new single, "Time". The track comes from their forthcoming album, "Color Decay", which will arrive on September 16th.

The band said of the song, "Not to be too obvious, but this song is about how we are all victims to the passing of time. It can feel so fast or too slow, but it is never on our side. That sentiment mixed with one of the heaviest riffs on the record and an industrial, almost-EDM format make it a standout." (read more)


Night Crickets, which features members of Bauhus and Violent Femmes( are releasing their debut album, "A Free Society", on vinyl this Friday, July 29th.

Former Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle has announced U.S. tour dates this summer and fall, following the release of the film, "Street Survivors: The True Story Of The Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash".

The movie is available on home video (Blu-ray and DVD) and has also been released at digital retailers and streaming platforms (Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Vudu, Roku, AppleTV, Tubi). (read more)


Scotty McCreery has scored his fifth consecutive No. 1 with "Damn Strait" after the single topped the Mediabase chart this week while earning a second straight week atop the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

McCreery makes history as the first artist on the roster of Triple Tigers Records to score five consecutive number one hits. The second single off his latest album, Same Truck, has earned more than 124 million streams. (read more)


Robben Ford and Bill Evans have once again teamed up. They have shared the title track to their forthcoming album, "Common Ground", which will arrive on September 30th.

The new album will be released as a digipak, 2-LP gatefold, and digitally.
Evans had this to say about the effort, "Every now and then, like-minded musicians are able to get together in the studio or on the same stage and create interesting music together.
