Ozzy Osbourne is celebrating the 40th anniversary of his acclaimed sophomore solo album, "Diary Of A Madman", with a special expanded digital reissue.

The digital reissue will be released on November 5th and will include live versions of "Flying High Again," and "Believer", which have previously been unavailable digitally. (read more)


Lamb Of God have announced that they have been forced to postpone their State Of Unrest Tour with Kreator until late 2022 due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The trek is now set to kick off on November 18th in Copenhagen, Denmark at the Forum Black Box and will wrap up on December 21st in Zurich, Switzerland at Samsung. (read more)


Motley Crue's The Dirt is getting a comic book makeover with the news that the band has teamed with Z2 Comics for the release of the 'Motley Crue's The Dirt: Declassified" graphic novel.

Z2 will be releasing the book on April of 2022 via their webstore in various formats including a standard edition softcover, a standard edition hardcover, a retail exclusive hardcover, a deluxe oversized hardcover, and a platinum edition oversized hardcover. (read more)


Underoath have released their new collaboration with Ghostemane called "Cycle". The track come from their forthcoming album, "Voyeurist", which is set to hit stores on January 14th.

Guitarist Tim McTague had this to say, "When we were writing 'Cycle', I knew that I wanted to have a feature on the bridge. I wanted something abstract, and ideally in the hip-hop genre." (read more)


All That Remains have announced that they will celebrating the 15th anniversary of their "The Fall of Ideals" album with a special tour and a vinyl reissue.

The tour will feature All That Remains playing the album in full and will include special guests Miss May I, Varials, And Tallah and is set to kick off on March 12th in Worcester, MA at The Palladium and will wrap up on May 20th in Hartford, CT at The Webster. (read more)


We Are Scientists have announced that they will be launch their Come On Get Huffy Tour of North America early next year that will include 21 dates across the U.S. and Canada.

The band will be kicking off on February 1st in Cambridge, MA at Sonia and will wrap up on March 3rd at Johnny Brenda's in Philadelphia, PA. They are hitting the road in support of their new album "Huffy", which was released earlier this month in multiple formats including 10 different colored vinyl versions. (read more)


Just in time for Halloween, The Man From Alphabet recently released their cover of The Dickies' classic "Killer Klowns From Outer Space" and to celebrate we asked Dustin Treinen to tell us about it. Here is the story:

While channel surfing as a kid in the late 80's I stumbled upon a movie where a demented-looking clown made a shadow puppet that ate a large group of people! It was terrifying! For years and years I had no idea what I had seen and no one knew what I was talking about when I described it. Several years later while working at Hollywood Video while I was in high school, I described the scene to a co-worker and he knew exactly what movie I was talking about. No place in town carried Killer Klowns from Outer Space so I special ordered it on VHS. (continue)


Journey guitarist Neal Schon took to social media to pay tribute to the band's former manager "Herbie" Herbert, who died in his home in Orinda, CA on Monday (Oct 25) of natural causes at the age of 73, according to media reports.

Walter James "Herbie" Herbert II, famously went from being a Santana roadie to managing the band's offshoot Journey for over two decades, he also was involved in managing bands like Mr. Big, Enuff Z'nuff, Europe and Roxette. (read more)


The Cutthroat Brothers and Mike Watt have released an animated music video for their track "Like A Zombie", which comes from their forthcoming album, "Devil in Berlin".

The new record from the duo (Jason Cutthroat and Donny Paycheck) along with the Minutemen, Firehose, and The Stooges icon will be released on December 3rd in various formats including digitally, CD and as a vinyl LP. (read more)


Ad Infinitum have released a music video for their brand new single "Animals". The track comes from their forthcoming album, "Chapter II - Legacy," which arrives this Friday, October 29.

Miranda Lambert was inducted into the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame Tuesday (October 26th) in Fort Worth, Texas, as she celebrates the release of her new single "If I Was A Cowboy".

Established in 1975, the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame honors and celebrates women, past and present, whose lives exemplify the courage, resilience and independence that helped shape the West, and fosters an appreciation of the ideals and spirit of self-reliance they inspire. (hennemusic) David Bowie's team are revisiting the late rocker's 1999 album, "hours...", ahead of its inclusion in the forthcoming box set, "David Bowie 5. Brilliant Adventure (1992-2001)."

Fans can check out an EPK (electronic press kit) video of Bowie discussing how he wrote and produced the project, and watch upgraded videos for two of the record's singles: "Thursday's Child" and "Survive." (read more)


Riverside have released a brand new single and music video called "Story Of My Dream" as part of their celebration of their 20th anniversary as a band.

Mariusz Duda had this to say about the new song, "'Story of My Dream' is a composition prepared especially for our 20th anniversary. We wanted it to contain all the characteristic elements of our style, and to combine Riverside from the first decade, when we sounded a bit 'heavier', and Riverside from the second decade, the more melancholic-song-oriented one. The lyrics contain direct quotes and references to many of our previous song titles. To reflect that, the cover of the single, prepared by Travis Smith, also contains fragments of our past covers and graphic designs. (read more)

Following its premiere last week in cinemas worldwide, "Tom Petty, Somewhere You Feel Free: The Making of Wildflowers" will be streaming worldwide on November 11th for free in 4K resolution as part of the YouTube Originals series. (read more)
