(hennemusic) The Foo Fighters will stream a live performance following Super Bowl LVI on Sunday, February 13.

As Variety notes, the band are teaming up with Meta for a concert that will be shared via the Foo Fighters' Facebook and Instagram sites, as well as an immersive, 180-degree VR experience available on Meta's social VR app Horizon Ventures. (read more)


Rock legends The Who have announced that they will be returning to the road this spring with the launch of their North American The Who Hits Back Tour.

The tour will include spring and fall legs and will kick off on April 22nd at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL and will be concluding with two shows at the Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas, NV on November 4th and 5th. (read more)


Opeth and Mastodon have announced that they are teaming up again and will be launching the second leg of their North American coheadlining tour this spring.

Following their successful run together last fall, the new tour leg will be kicking off on April 21st in Montreal, Quebec and will wrap up on May 11th in Riverside, CA. (read more)


Kenny Chesney has vastly expanded his upcoming Here and Now Tour by adding 20 brand new amphitheater dates to the previously announced 21 stadium concerts.

He had this to say, "There is something about amphitheaters that creates an immediacy that is so intimate. The energy is very different from a stadium show, and it almost opens the songs up in completely different ways. It's pretty cool to feel that difference between the two kinds of venues, but I can tell you: both are absolutely the greatest sensations in the world. (read more)


(hennemusic) Metallica are sharing pro-shot video of a performance of their 2008 rarity, "The End Of The Line", from the second of two sold-out 40th anniversary concerts in San Francisco, CA last December.

The tune from the "Death Magnetic" album saw its first live appearance since 2010 during a rarities-heavy show that was almost half-filled with songs that Metallica haven't played in at least 8 years. (read more)


Nine Inch Nails have announced that they will be returning to the live stage this year with several U.S. headline performances along with music festival appearances.

The band will launch the dates on April 28th in Raleigh, NC at the Red Hat Amphitheater and will wrap things up with a very special one night only show on September 24th in Cleveland, OH at the Blossom Music Center with special guests Ministry & Nitzer Ebb. (read more)


The Night Flight Orchestra have announced that they will be returning to the road this spring to launch their Aeromantic Experience Tour of Europe.

The tour is set to launch on May 21st in Nordhorn, Germany at the Alte Weberei and will run until June 10th where it will wrap up in Budapest at Barba Negra. (read more)


Inglorious have shared a video of their performance of "I Don't Need Your Loving", which comes from their forthcoming package "MMXXI Live At The Phoenix".

The group's very first live album is set to be released on April 8th in various formats including CD/DVD, LP, Blu-ray, and Digital (audio), and was captured in September 2021 at Exeter Phoenix in Exeter, UK. (read more)
