Ozzy Osbourne is paying tribute to Lemmy Kilmister with the release of an animated video for the new Ozzy and Lemmy duet version of the track "Hellraiser".

The song was penned by Ozzy, the late Motorhead legend and guitarist Zakk Wylde and the original version appeared on Osbourne's "No More Tears" album, followed by a Motorhead version on their "March Or Die" album. (read more)


AC/DC have a brand new milestone to celebrate after their classic video for the song "Thunderstruck" has surpassed over 1 billion views on YouTube.

The track originally appeared on the band's 1990 album, "The Razors Edge", and again was a hit when it appeared on the "Iron Man 2 Soundtrack" album in 2010. (read more)


Mastodon have announced that they will be performing on Late Night With Seth Meyers on November 23rd to celebrate the release of their new album.

That new record, entitled "Hushed And Grim," was released today (October 29th) digitally, on CD and vinyl and is the group's very first double album release. (read more)


Volumes have released a music video for their new single "Happier?". That song is the title track to their forthcoming album, which is set to be released on November 19th.

The band had this to say about the track, "'Happier?' is about how you watch someone destroy themselves and ultimately end up in a darker, negative space and feeling like your hands are tied (read more)


Papa Roach have released a brand new single called "Dying To Believe". The track comes from the band's forthcoming studio album, which they expect to release next year.

"Dying To Believe" was produced by WZRD BLD aka Drew Fulk (Ice Nine Kills, Motionless In White, Bullet For My Valentine) and follows the other recent singles from the upcoming album, "Kill The Noise" and "Swerve". (read more)


Frank Turner has unleashed his brand new single "Non Serviam". The track comes from his forthcoming album, "FTHC", which is set to be released on February 11th.

"Non Serviam" is said to be inspired by John Milton's epic poem about the fall of Satan, "Paradise Lost", and is the follow-up to "The Gathering" featuring Jason Isbell and Dom Howard of Muse and "Haven't Been Doing So Well." (read more)


Cobra Starship have released a video for a lost track called "Beautiful Life", which is one of two "Tracks To The Future" songs included on the special reissue of the band's Gold certified album "Hot Mess".

The band will be releasing a special limited edition silver vinyl reissue of "Hot Mess" on December 17th, featuring the two lost tracks, "Beautiful Life" and the forthcoming "Party With You," which will also be released digitally on November 19th. (read more)


Mason Jennings just released "On The Brink", the first track from his forthcoming Regan Hagar (Malfunkshun, Brad) and Stone Gossard (Pearl Jam, Mother Love Bone, Green River, Brad) produced album, "Real Heart" (out Feb. 4), and to celebrate we asked Mason to tell us about the track. Here is the story:

I worked with Stone Gossard and Regan Hagar as the producers for my newest album Real Heart. I sent them maybe 20 demos and out of that batch one of the first songs they picked to work on was On The Brink. I was actually surprised because I had been working on that song for probably five years and thought that perhaps the lyrical tone of it wasn't in line with what people like about my songs. I mean, most of my stuff is optimistic and leading with heart and this song is pretty straight forward in calling out people on their crap. (continue)


Goo Goo Dolls have shared their new track "One Last Song About Christmas," which will be included on the forthcoming special reissue of their "It's Christmas All Over" album, that is set to be released on November 5th.

Aside from "One Last Song About Christmas", the new reissue will also feature a cover of "I've Got My Love To Keep Me Warm," a holiday classic that was made famous by Dean Martin. (read more)


Queen have shared part one of their two part look back at their legendary The Magic Tour that visited stadiums across Europe in 1986 in support of their album "It's A Kind Of Magic", on the latest episode of their weekly video series The Greatest.

Of Monsters And Men have released a video for their new track "Phantom", which is two never before released songs included on the band's special 10th anniversary reissue of their album "My Head Is An Animal".

The special reissue is of the original version of the album that was released in Iceland in 2011, featuring four tracks that were not included on the 2012 U.S. release including the new tracks "Phantom" and "Sugar in A Bowl". (read more)


Oceans have released a music video for their brand new single "Sulfur", which follows the released of their "We Are Not Okay" digital EP earlier this year.

(hennemusic) Led Zeppelin have joined viral video site TikTok. The iconic band's full catalogue is now available to its community via the @ledzeppelin account that will feature artwork and graphics, classic live performances, and other video content.

TikTok users can now create videos soundtracked to any song from Led Zeppelin's full discography, encompassing over 100 total songs across their landmark studio and live albums, including some of their most legendary tracks such as "Whole Lotta Love," "Stairway To Heaven," "Rock And Roll," "Black Dog," and "Ramble On." Avatar are celebrating Halloween with the release of their brand new song "So Sang The Hollow" and announced the rescheduled dates for their U.S. tour.

"Where are you from?" It's a question that opens doors. It lays foundation for potential common ground. In theory, it's a simple answer. In reality, for me at least, it's a little more complicated. I grew up moving around the US with my family. I was born in Washington, DC, and seven houses later we ended up in Chicago. Then I chose to go to college somewhere new.
