(hennemusic) The Foo Fighters are streaming a thrash metal song entitled "March Of The Insane", which comes from their forthcoming horror-comedy film, "Studio 666."

Directed by BJ McDonnell ("Hatchet III"), the project sees the Foos move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much-anticipated 10th album; once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself dealing with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band. (hennemusic) Eddie Vedder has postponed a pair of upcoming concerts due to a COVID-19 outbreak in his touring party. Vedder is on the road in support of his newly-released album, "Earthling", with a live lineup that includes producer/guitarist Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Josh Klinghoffer, Chris Chane and Glen Hansard.

"The Eddie Vedder and the Earthlings concerts scheduled for February 15, 2022, at the Magnolia in San Diego and Thursday, February 17, 2022, at YouTube Theater in Los Angeles have regretfully been postponed," shares Vedder's team on social media. "We have been following Covid protocols but still had a positive test in our touring party. The appropriate response is to postpone the next two shows. Everyone, please take care." (read more)


(hennemusic) KISS have announced the first details for KISS Kruise XI. The 2022 edition will see fans join the group as they set sail aboard the Norwegian Jewel from Los Angeles to Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada, Mexico from October 29 - November 3.

Currently on their multi-year End Of The Road farewell tour, the band says that the 2022 event will see "the last time KISS will perform on the high seas." (read more)

Phish has announced plans for North American spring and summer tour, set to get underway on May 27-29 with a three-night Memorial Day weekend stand at Orange Beach, AL's The Amphitheater at the Wharf and culminating with the band's first four-night Labor Day weekend run at Commerce City, CO's Dick's Sporting Goods Park on September 1-4. The tour includes multi-night stands in Charleston, SC (May 31-June 1), Noblesville, IN (June 3-5), Mansfield, MA (July 14-15), Philadelphia, PA (July 19-20), Bethel, NY (July 22-23), Wantagh, NY (July 26-27), Columbia, MD (July 30-31), Atlantic City, NJ (August 5-7), and East Troy, WI (August 12-14) (read more)


.A.S.P. have announced that they have been forced to postpone their European 40th Anniversary Tour that was originally scheduled for Spring of 2022.

The band has pushed back the trek to spring of 2023 due to the pandemic restrictions. All dates for the U.S. leg of 40th Anniversary Tour will go on as scheduled. (read more)


Puscifer bring their unique theater-meets-concert experience to stages nationwide this Summer as the Arizona-born outfit featuring Maynard James Keenan, Mat Mitchell, and Carina Round tour in support of their 2020 album, Existential Reckoning.

The dates, which kick off June 9 at The Smith Center in Las Vegas, include the group's largest scale performances to date with shows slated for Los Angeles' venerable Greek Theatre (site of Keenan's one-time-only Cinquanta mini festival), Brooklyn's movie palace-turned-concert-hall Kings Theater and the state-of-the-art Mission Ballroom in Denver. Mongolian rockers The Hu have announced that they will launching a North American headline trek dubbed the Black Thunder Tour this spring following their appearance at Coachella.

They will rock the music festival in Indio, CA on April 15th and then kick off their headline trek the next night at Humphreys by the Bay in San Diego, with dates announced through May 31st in Mexico City. (read more)


Bob Mould has his brand new EP, entitled "The Ocean", which features three solo acoustic live performances and available at all DSPs and streaming services.

The Ocean recorded for NPR's World Cafe at Mould's Granary Music home studio in San Francisco, CA, and includes stripped back versions of "The Ocean" and "Forecast of Rain," as well as a striking rendition of the Husker Du classic, "Divide and Conquer". (read more)


Warren Haynes has announced that he will be playing three special three intimate solo shows in the Northeast next month, ahead of Gov't Mule's spring tour.

He will kick things off with two nights at the brand-new House Theater at Tree House Brewing Company in South Deerfield, MA on March 8th and 9th, followed by a show at the Ridgefield Playhouse in Ridgefield, CT on March 11th. (read more)


Rock veterans Nazareth have released a music video for their new single "Strange Days", which from the band's forthcoming studio album, "Surviving The Law" that arrives on April 15th.

Los Angeles rockers Dawn Of Ashes has shared their brand new single "The Despondent Hole." The song will appear on the band's forthcoming album, "Scars Of The Broken".

Kristof Bathory had this to say about the song, "'The Despondent Hole' takes you down into a place where depression rules your life. As a middle-aged guy releasing new music after 20 years, it occurred to me that I might need some justification for such a stunt. Perhaps I might bestow some pearls of wisdom gathered during all my extra time on the planet? This became the motivation for writing not only "Joe Namath Moment" but Cosmic Bull's entire 27x2 EP.
