(hennemusic) Jack White proposed and got married to his girlfriend, singer Olivia Jean, on stage Friday in front of a sold-out crowd at Detroit's Masonic Temple on the first night of his Supply Chain Issues tour.

According to The Detroit News, White brought Jean out for a duet of the White Stripes' 2001 hit "Hotel Yorba" during the last song of the regular set before he introduced her to the crowd as his girlfriend. After telling Jean he had a question for her, the singer replied: "Yeah?" (read more)


Imagine Dragons have premiered a music video for their latest single "Bones." The song comes from their forthcoming double album "Mercury - ACTS 1 & 2" which is set for release on July 1st.

The video was directed by Jason Koenig and the synopsis says: "a zombie apocalypse plagues Wall Street, turning the trading floor into a ghoulish nightclub complete with scattered limbs, '80s fashion, and dancing undead." (read more)


Australian rockers Airbourne have announced that they will be returning to North American this fall for their first trek on the continent since 2019.

The tour will feature support from XX and will be kicking off September 9th in New York City at The Gramercy Theatre. The trek will conclude on October 11tg in Los Angeles. (read more)


(hennemusic) Rush are streaming audio of an unreleased live version of their 1981 classic, "Tom Sawyer", from the forthcoming expanded editions of their "Moving Pictures" 40th anniversary reissue series.

The song is included as part of a full, unreleased concert in the packages that captures the band on the third and final night at Maple Leaf Gardens in their hometown of Toronto, ON while on tour in support of their eighth studio album. (read more)


Destruction have shared the music video for their new single "Repent Your Sins". The track comes from their just released new studio album, Diabolical".

Little Big Town will be giving fans their first taste of their forthcoming 10th studio album with the release of their brand new single "Hell Yeah" on Monday, April 11.

"Phillip and I wrote this with Tyler Hubbard and Corey Crowder," said Jimi Westbrook. "I remember when Corey brought that hook in that day. He sang his idea and when he turned that phrase at the end of the chorus, we were all like 'hell yeah!' We always have a blast writing with those guys." (read more)


Ville Valo has returned with his next chapter following HIM. He just released a new single, called "Loveletting," under the VV banner, which comes from VV's forthcoming debut album Neon Noir.

3REE just released their new single "Set This Place On Fire" featuring Sleeping With Sirens frontman Kellin Quinn and they tell us about the track to celebrate. Here is the story:

We're living our childhood dream! It was amazing to collaborate with such an idol of ours. When we were writing the song, we could hear Kellin Quinn's (from Sleeping With Sirens) voice as a perfect fit with Mitch's. I (Sean) simply went to Instagram and messaged Kellin the song and asked if he'd be interested and how wonderful it would be to have him be a part of the record. We weren't expecting anything back, but Kellin replied and his response was fantastic, saying "WOW! This song is a banger" and "I can track my vocals by the end of the week". We had to pinch ourselves, it all happened so quickly and organically. (continue)


Ozzy Osbourne took to social media on Saturday to share the big news that he has completed work on his new studio album, the follow up to his acclaimed 2020 effort "Ordinary Man".

The metal legend shared via Facebook, "I'm so happy to let everyone know that I finished my new album this week and delivered it to my label Epic Records. I'll be sharing all the information about the album and its' upcoming release with you in the next several weeks." (read more)

(hennemusic) The Red Hot Chili Peppers have topped the UK charts with their new album, "Unlimited Love." The record also delivers a second No. 1 for the band this week as it tops the Official Vinyl Albums Chart Top 40.

According to the Official Charts Company, the Rick Rubin-produced project debuts at No. 1 on the Official Albums Chart Top 100 to earn the group their fifth chart-topper in the region. (read more)


(hennemusic) Aerosmith are streaming a vintage 1971 live package in sync with its release on April 8th, which is now available on CD, vinyl, digital formats, and streaming.

"Aerosmith 1971 - The Road Starts Hear" captures the Boston rockers either in their rehearsal room in front of a few select friends, or at a rehearsal they did during a sound check for an early show; the group isn't quite sure of the origins of the original tapes, which were recently discovered in their vaults and first issued in a sold-out, limited edition run on vinyl and cassette as a 2021 Record Store Day exclusive. White was joined at the event at the city's Comerica Park by his new live lineup featuring bassist Dominic Davis, keyboardist Quincy McCrary and drummer Daru Jones. (read more)


Carrie Underwood has shared her new single "Demin & Rhinestones" to celebrate the announcement that she will be releasing her new album of the same name on June 10th.

The title track was written by Underwood, David Garcia, Josh Kear, and Hillary Lindsey, and co-produced by Garcia and Underwood. She said of the single, "The song 'Denim & Rhinestones' is super fun, with a bit of a retro vibe - we just go together, like a sweet tea and a lemon, like denim and rhinestones. You have these things that are great on their own and then you put them together and they just fit. That's how this album feels." (read more)


Lit have shared their brand new single "Kicked Off The Plane" to celebrate the announcement that they will be releasing their new album, "Tastes Like Gold" on June 17th.

Robert Jon & The Wreck have released a music video for their brand new single "Waiting For Your Man", which they have launched ahead of their UK tour next month.

Robert Jon Burrison had this to say about the new track, "We wanted a change of pace and something we can get done quickly. Alex (Pasco, Foo Fighters, Paul McCartney) was a blast to work. It was rough to get everything done so quickly. Waiting For Your Man was recorded in one day. (read more)

Waist deep in final rehearsals for his Here And Now 2022 Tour, the eight-time Entertainer of the Year and only country artist in the Top 20 of Billboard's Top Touring Acts of the Decade is so fired up to be back on the road after three years away from touring, he reached out to CMT (Country Music Television) to be part of their first awards telecast on CBS.

"You just know when something's white hot," Chesney says of the chemistry he and his band have landed on in the rehearsal hall.
