Staind have announced that they will be hitting the road in late summer for U.S. tour that will include visits to 12 cities across the U.S. this September.

The trek is set to kick off on September 8th in Niagara Falls, NY at the Seneca Casino and will run until September 24th, where it will wrap up at the Firelake Grand Casino in Shawnee, OK. (read more)


ZZ Top have shared a new version of their classic hit "La Grange". The song comes from their forthcoming album, "Raw", which will be hitting stores on July 22nd.

The band's camp shared this background about the album: RAW was recorded and filmed for the Grammy-nominated Netflix documentary, "That Little Ol' Band From Texas", in the intimate setting of the famed Texas honky-tonk, Gruene Hall between Austin and San Antonio. (read more)


Envy Of None, featuring Alex Lifeson (Rush), Andy Curran (Coney Hatch), Alfio Annibalini and singer Maiah Wynne, have released a music video for their single "Never Said I Love You".

The track comes from the group's recently released self-titled debut album. Current says that the video "really captured the spirit of the song. It's very cinematic and I love all the moody cityscapes. (read more)


Bleed the Sky have revealed a video for their new single "Rot In Flesh" that introduces the Orange County, Ca band's brand new lead vocalist Rudy Flores.

The group announced earlier this month that they had parted ways with frontman Noah Robinson and at the time promised new music would arrive soon and they delivered on Monday (April 25th) with the release of "Rot In Flesh". (read more)


Rock/fusion power trio The Aristocrats have shared a visualizer video for "The Ballad Of Bonnie And Clyde", as a preview track to their forthcoming album.

The band (guitarist Guthrie Govan, bassist Bryan Beller and drummer Marco Minnemann) will be releasing The Aristocrats With Primuz Chamber Orchestra, June 3rd. (read more)


The Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn has shared a music video for his new song "Birthdays". The track comes from his fifth solo album, "A Legacy Of Rentals," which will be released on May 20th.

The album was recorded in May 2021 with Finn's longtime collaborators, producer Josh Kaufman and engineer D. James Goodwin. Craig had this to say about the new single, "Producer Josh Kaufman and I decided early on to feature strings on this record, as opposed to the wind and brass heavy compositions of the last three albums." (hennemusic) Fleetwood Mac icon Stevie Nicks has expanded for 2022 US tour with the addition of four new live dates in June.

Following a three-date series next month, the singer will perform newly-added shows in Ridgefield, WA, Mountain View, CA and Salt Lake City, UT before appearing at the previously-announced Bonnaroo Music Festival, after which she'll play a new show in Noblesville, IN. (read more)


Spiritualized have shared a special live film of their new track "I'm Coming Home Again," which is one of the songs on their just released new studio album "Everything Was Beautiful".

Their camp sent over these details about the clip, "Featuring a lush performance shot in black and white, the video captures an intimate rendition of Everything Was Beautiful's epic closer 'I'm Coming Home Again,' interspersed with closeups of J Spaceman and the band. (read more)


Travis Denning has released brand new track called "She's On It," that he co-wrote with Jamie Paulin, Paul DiGiovanni and was co-produced by Paul DiGiovanni and Jeremy Stover.

He had this to say about the new track, "We recently played 'She's On It' at a live show and the reaction felt instantaneous. This track has been a favorite of mine and the team's for a little while and so we felt like now was the time to put it out there to a wider audience. Hopefully listeners dig it. Steep Canyon Rangers have announced that founding member Woody Platt will be exiting the band after over two decades, following a final run of shows in the next few months.

The band had this to say, "Twenty-five years have gone by in a minute with this guy. Together we've built this band that was too ridiculous to even dream up into a reality and it's given us all so much joy. Woody has decided that it's time to stay closer to home, and is bidding farewell to the band and the road. He will be playing his final shows with the band over the next few months. (read more)


Sub Urban has shared a new single and music video entitled "Uh Oh" [feat. Benee]. The song comes ahead of his debut album, "Hive", which will be released by Warner Records on June 3rd.

He said of the new single, "I feel so refreshed to finally release this song, and I am beyond thrilled to start the countdown to my debut album. Benee's presence in UH OH! gives the song a much needed level of enchantment. Though it's a shame we never met in person, she nailed her parts in this project, both vocally and in the video." Nine Inch Nails have revealed the artists that will be joining them on their first U.S. tour since 2018, which they will be kicking off this Thursday, April 28th.

Frontman Trent Reznor personally curated the tour lineup that will include Boy Harsher and 100 Gecs supporting on the first leg. Yves Tumor will play the September dates, which include a two-night-stand at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado (September 2nd and 3rd). (read more)


(hennemusic) Iron Maiden have added three shows in Brazil to The Legacy Of The Beast Tour. The dates surround the band's previously confirmed appearance at the 2022 edition of Rock In Rio on September 2.

Walker Hayes has announced that he will be hitting the road this fall for a brand new U.S. headlining arena tour called Glad You're Here that will feature special guest Parmalee.

The trek, Hayes first arena run that is named after his forthcoming book, will include stops in fifteen cities and it set to kick off on September 29th at the 1st Summit Arena in Johnstown, PA and will wrap up on November 12th at the Angel Of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA. (read more)

Nashville rockers Lydias Castle, which features Jon Wysocki of Staind, Soil, and Save the World fame, have released a music video for their brand new single "Search For You".

The track is the following to the group's debut singles "Phoenix" and "Falling Into Place" that they shared earlier this year. The band had this to say about the new video: "Lydias Castle would like to thank Rich Kriete with Inimical Drive and Tara Oster with Zen Dog for the emotionally difficult role they played in the filming of "Search For You". Heart Of Gold have revealed their new track "Leave Just Yet", to celebrate the announcement that they will be releasing their debut album "Beautiful Dangerous", on August 12th.

They had this to say about the new song, "Metaphorically speaking, 'Leave Just Yet' was a song of self-realization. It was understanding that after however long I have been writing and performing music as a career, I think I still don't truly know who I am, so the journey has become one of discovery to find out. 'Leave Just Yet' touches on milestones and pinnacle moments in life, inside and outside of this world I've created where I think I have it figured out, but the truth is, I don't. Boston Manor have released a music video for their first new song of the year, "Foxglove." The track comes from a cohesion of ideas and energy in the studio recording with Larry Hibbitt in Brixton, according to the announcement.

Metal Blade Records are celebrating their 40th anniversary with a special reissue of their debut release, "Metal Massacre Volume One", for the first time since 1984 on limited-edition vinyl.

Originally released on June 14, 1982, Metal Massacre showcased the best of Los Angeles' unsigned acts of the time such as Metallica, Ratt and Malice, and has since become a cornerstone of Metal Blade Records. This special release dropped worldwide on April 22, 2022 at finer retail stores everywhere. (read more)


The Unlikely Candidates just released their new single "How I Am" from their forthcoming album, "Panther Island", and to celebrate we asked lead singer Kyle Morris to tell us about the track. Here is the story:

I wrote this after one of my best friends took his life. I had never experienced this kind of grief and guilt before - I became the most depressed I've ever been. During this time, we were finishing our debut album and I couldn't really bring myself to write much. I was struggling and chose to channel those feelings into "How I Am." It was basically a journal entry of how I was feeling at the time. (continue)
