The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Slipknot, and KISS have been announced as the headliners for this year's Louder Than Life Festival, Danny Wimmer Presents has announced.

The event will also feature performance from Shinedown, Rob Zombie, Bring Me The Horizon, Alice In Chains, Jerry Cantrell solo, Alice Cooper, Incubus, Evanescence, Lamb Of God, Tenacious D, Yungblud, Chevelle, Papa Roach, Halestorm, Mastodon, In This Moment, The Pretty Reckless and more. Midtown have announced that they have reunited and will be playing their first live shows since 2014 this fall when they play select dates with My Chemical Romance.

They will be joining MCR's rescheduled reunion tour for stops in Newark, Sunrise, Houston, Dallas, and Los Angeles. They have also announced a special headline show of their own at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ on December 2nd. (read more)


My Chemical Romance have added 14 additional arena dates to their forthcoming North American Reunion Tour and have announced a large number of support acts for the trek.

The expanded dates include new shows in Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Nashville, Cincinnati, Raleigh, Belmont Park, Albany, NY Uncasville, Montreal, Toronto, Boston, Brooklyn, Portland, and Los Angeles, with tickets going on sale this Friday, March 11th at 12:00 pm local time. (read more)


(hennemusic) The Scorpions have scored a Top 5 debut on the US charts with their latest release, "Rock Believer." According to Billboard, the project sold 12,000 copies in its opening week to enter the Top Album Sales list at No. 4, delivering the German group their highest-charting effort ever on the 30-year-old chart.

"Rock Believer" also arrives on the Billboard 200 album chart at No. 59, marking the 20th charting effort for the band and highest-charting title since 2010's "Sting In The Tail" debuted and peaked at No. 23. (read more)


Polish rockers Riverside have shared the bad news that they have been forced to cancel the first portion of their North American Tour due to "bureaucratic and logistic reasons."

The concerts in Nashville (TN), Dallas (TX), Austin (TX), Phoenix (AZ), Pomona (CA), San Francisco (CA), Portland (OR), Seattle (WA) , Salt Lake City (UT), Boulder (CO) and St. Paul (MN), have all been canceled, but the other scheduled shows remain. (read more)


(hennemusic) Heart frontwoman Ann Wilson is streaming a cover of the Eurythmics' 1986 classic, "Missionary Man", as the latest preview to her forthcoming album, "Fierce Bliss."

The song joins Queen's "Love Of My Life" and Robin Trowers' "Bridge Of Sighs" as one of three updated versions of vintage tracks that the Heart singer recorded for the project with her new touring band The Amazing Dawgs. (read more)


5 Seconds of Summer performed their new single "Complete Mess" on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Tuesday night (March 8th) and the show has shared video of the performance.

As we previously reported, "Complete Mess" was written during a writing trip in Joshua Tree, Ca and it is the first song to be entirely written and produced by the band, with Michael handling the production. (read more)
